Creating excellent UX and talking about the Snapwire business journey at University of Kent

Last week I had the pleasure of returning to the University of Kent where I graduated from 20 years ago to talk about my career in software development, starting my own business and how to create excellent UX for your brand.

After my degree, I consulted for Blue Chip financial services companies and corporations such as BAE Systems and Accenture before going on to found Snapwire Software 10 years ago.

Since then I’ve grown the team at Snapwire over the last decade and developed systems, services and products for clients in over 14 different industries.

Snapwire is now a trusted technology partner for a range of large and established digitally-driven corporations and market-disrupting funded start-ups.

I also shared some of my insights on User Experience, and explained that it is more than just how your website or app works - it’s the total customer journey and creating a great customer experience is crucial for any business.
